Solutions Engineer - Inbound Global Fleets

Now we're looking for high-energy, globally minded Solutions Engineers in India to turn inbound demand into revenue and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to global inbound leads and run sharp discovery calls.
  • Deliver compelling, business-driven product demos.
  • Handle pricing conversations and close SMB/mid-market deals independently.
  • Qualify larger opportunities and collaborate with our US sales team.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and activation.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and customer advocacy.
  • Support proof-of-concepts with product teams.
  • Confidently handle high-level API conversations and loop in technical teams when needed.
  • Represent MapUp at select US/EU/global conferences.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline using HubSpot and modern AI tools.

Experience and Skills

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales / solutions / consultative experience.
  • Comfortable closing deals and discussing commercial terms.
  • Experience in logistics, fleets, telematics, mobility, or transportation tech.
  • Strong English communication skills (you'll work with global customers daily).
  • Energetic, positive, and confident on video calls.
  • Self-driven - you don't wait for instructions.
  • Comfortable working US/EU overlap hours.
  • Curious about AI, automation, and operational intelligence.
  • Able to understand technical questions, navigate API-based conversations at a high level, and translate product capability into business value.

Good to have

  • Experience selling to US-based fleets or exposure to GPS, tolling, routing, fuel optimization, or navigation platforms.
