How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel from Manage Subscriptions in the left menu, or directly from the product card on the Home page.

Prerequisite: Signed in, with an active product subscription.

Steps

  1. Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" in the left menu.
  2. Select the "Subscriptions" tab.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Talk to Expert."
