How do I log in to the MapUp dashboard?

You can sign in from mapup.ai or go straight to platforms.mapup.ai.

Via the MapUp Website

  1. Navigate to https://mapup.ai.
  2. Click the "Sign In" button located in the top right corner to be redirected to https://platforms.mapup.ai.
  3. Enter your email address and password, then click "Login".
  4. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Home page displaying your active Product subscription card.
  5. Click "Go to Dashboard" on the Product card to access your Product Dashboard.

Via the Platforms URL

  1. Navigate directly to https://platforms.mapup.ai.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then click "Login".
  3. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Home page displaying your active Product subscription card.
  4. Click "Go to Dashboard" on the Product card to access your Product Dashboard.
