How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

Use the Forgot Password link on the platforms.mapup.ai login page. You will get a reset email, and the link in it lets you set a new password.

  1. Navigate to https://platforms.mapup.ai.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password" link located below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset message.
  5. Click the "Reset Password" button or link provided in the email.
  6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click "Submit" to finalize the change.
